Меню не хочет менять цвет...

Народ, прошу помогите! Я пытаюсь сделать меню бирюзовым (или черным) цветом. Но оно не делается! Вот код:

Как видите уже через все пробовала, но результата - никакого. Причем цветными не становятся только ссылки - подразделы словами нормально. Для каждого пункта отдельно писать не хочу - очень много получается, и потом все путается.
