Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Привет! Ребят, подскажите плиз как сделать прокрутку окна браузера. Ситуация такая есть контентная часть высотой 800пкс, а справа две кнопки вверх и вниз, нужно что б контентная часть прокручивалась соответственно нажатию на эти кнопки. Если задача оч л?гкая, то хотя б ссылку дайте на что то похожее, я чо то и в гугле искал и яндексе не нашел там вс? как то оч наварочено много. Буду оч признателен за код) Всем заранее спасибо!
