Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Есть DOCTYPE - quot;-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
И его трогать нельзя... Как с этим DOCTYPom растянуть div на 100% по вертикали
На скок я знаю с ним Div не растянится ...
Я прав или нет ? Подскажите кто знает.... ;|
