Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Здравствуйте! Подскажите, влияет ли полный редизайн и реконструкция сайта на его ТИЦ и PR? Да и вообще на "раскрученость". Речь идет не только о смене дизайна, а о полной реконструкции.
