Меню с прокруткой

На главной странице этого сайта есть своего рода меню "Теги HTML", "Свойства CSS". Организованы в окнах с прокруткой. Как такие вещи делаются? Подскажите в каком направлении двигаться плиз...

Можно и в таблице конечно, но лучше див, а вот при чем:
