Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Сайт avtoclassika.com
Верстка табличная, сайт сделан с помощью smarty
Непонятная проблема при первой загрузке сайта или при обновлении через Crtl+F5 внизу идет баг с версткой, при последующем обновлении (просто F5) баг пропадает.
Не буду кидать html код - там он оч большой
Если кто сталкивался с такой проблемой или может сказать причину - помогите плиз
