гм.. если думать с точки дизайнера то прав осел, тем что увеличивает блок.. ну а если думать по нашей логике, то

ОСЕЛ ВСЕГДА НЕ ПРАВ!

но можно сделать оптимальный вариант.. почти оптимальный))
