Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Проблема такая. в блоке контента ссылки подчеркиваются вот так border-bottom:1px dotted #BF0A17;
Проблема в том как убрать этот бордер если ссылка стоит на изображение. <a href><img /></a>
