Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

На странице index.php подключаю php скрипт при помощи include_once("file.php");
Скрипт подключается и работает, но при этом не отображается то, что находилось в index.php
Может кто сталкивался с этим. В чем может быть проблема?
