Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Добрый день, господа. Помогите решить одну проблемку. На сайте у меня есть выпадающие меню, над которым находится большая прозрачная PNG и которая закрывает все элементы меню из-за чего оно, конечно, не работает. Скажите, как мне сделать, чтобы прозрачная область не считалась браузером, как в IE или Opera?
