Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Написал HTML-документ для сайта и где меню сайта - там ссылки
Я сделал ссылки на другие документы HTML, но мне сказали, что это неправильно, и что надо сделать так, чтобы все эти документы были в одном HTML-документе.
Не подскажете, как сделать это?
