Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

есть сайты которые всегда имеют четкий заданный размер, а есть те которые подстраиваются под разрешение монитора или под окно браузера.
как называется второй эфект?
P.S. надо переделать готовый шаблон под 2-й вариант, или найти шаблоны которые заведомо подстраиваются под браузер.
