Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Всем привет!
Прошу помощи в следующем вопросе:
Я хочу расположить фрэйм (с помощью iframe созданный) по центру страницы в самом низу. А он не хочет =/. Стоит в верхнем левом углу и никак. Я еще пробовала задать расположение через div, но идея опять не прокатила.
Подскажите, пожалуйста, в чем у меня возможна ошибка, а точнее нехватка знаний?
