Медленный gif

Рисую разные гиф. Если в gif'e есть кадры с задержкой менее 0,1 сек. то браузеры искусственно увеличивают задержку до 0,1 сек. При этом сам редактор gif отображает анимацию с нужной скоростью (photoshop, GIF Movie Gear). Конкретно эта анимация нормально отображается в firefox.

IE и chrome отображают медленно. Как с этим бороться? Постую следующим кодом:

  Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.
