Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

ДОбрый день,
Когда заполняю поле формы русским текстом, и отправляю контроллеру в Firefox, текст приходит в корректной кодировке.
При работе с IE это не работает. Вместо текста - непонятные символы. Подскажите, почему, и как бороться...
