Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Всем привет, помогите, пожалуйста
Верстаю такой макет
Проблема с центральной частью. Соответственно два дива, правы и левый и блок-контейнер, у которого задан фон. Контейнер ведет себя очень странно, растягивается на высоту только одного из блоков, который задан первым. ПОЧЕМУ ТАК?
