Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Нужно сделать под текстом полу прозрачный белый фон вот тут http://plastik-pvh.ru/ где ротируются картинки
Просто сложно выбрать такой цвет шрифта, чтобы он был заметен на любом изображении, поэтому хочу сделать черный шрифт на на белом фоне с прозрачностью 40-50%
