Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Есть блок меню, где стоят ссылки с атрибутом hover. в IE6 при наведении мыши на нижнюю ссылку меню меняется отступ всего блока.

также есть другой элемент с подобной проблемой, но думаю, решив эту проблему ту решу по аналогии
