Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Здравствуйте!
Столкнулся с проблемами, я новичок.
В общем меню фона должно растягиваться по всему родителю.
И слева блок не правильно стоит, не могу нормально сделать отступы, чтобы как на макете было...
Скажите пожалуйста как это все исправить
