Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

желтые полоски (yellow long, short, medium) в ие6 задают себе какую то свою высоту хотя она прописана в ксс, никто не знает как пофиксить это?) в остальных браузерах нормально все выглядит)
