Одними только div? Можно, но это как-то... Больше похоже на занимательную задачу, чем реальный проект.

Можно даже не ставить классы и id, а использовать + и > в CSS. Вот это будет действительно забойно. Но рядовой посетитель не оценит.

Можно сделать все что угодно, вопрос только в реализации идеи.

Это форум технарей и программистов, а не PRщиков, маркетологов и сеошников...

Или я сперва правильно понял, что все элементы сделаны на <div>, игнорируя все остальные тэги?

Кстати, со ссылками косяк будет.
