Скажите, пожалуйста, какой !DOCTYPE желательнее. Здесь на сайте везде применяется строгий синтаксис XHTML(в самоучителе, в рецептах), он вроде менее гибкий, но понимаемый лучше всеми браузерами. А как обстоит дело с переходным синтаксисом HTML?
