Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

сайт на wordpress. вызывается функция, выдающая 15 случайных картинок из страниц. мне нужно сделать так, чтобы они отображались черно-белыми, а при наведении курсора ПЛАВНО превращались в цветные.
как это сделать? я находил какие-то похожие свойства, но CSS3. да и как это сделать плавно не знаю. подозреваю, что нужно делать с помощью js. можете помочь?
