Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Добрый день. Вот код:
В таком виде див №1 отображается как узенькая полосочка, отстоящая сверху на 100 пикселей. Если в его стиль добавить рамку (в стиле достаточно исправить толщину с нуля на единицу), то он раздвигается по высоте (так и было задумано, но без рамки). Почему так происходит?
