Насчёт иероглифов на сайте.

Приветствую всех!

Бегал по форуме, находил темы насчёт Иероглифов, но так и не нашёл чёткого ответа.

http://beloved-mc.hut4.ru/ вот сайт, те кто заходит с оперы и мазины, всё время пишет ерунду

"Р?РіСЂРѕРєРё, фанаты Minecraft. Рады вам сообщить, что открылся новый сервер РїРѕРґ названием "

что то типа того, я вставлял вот такие мета теги:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1251" />

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=koi8-r" />

<meta name="keywords" content="text/html;charset=utf-8"> />

Толку от них нет -_-.

Помогите пожалуйста!

А что вы хотели имея в коде такое


<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
<title>Vertebrate  by Free Css Templates</title>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1251" />
<meta name="keywords" content="text/html;charset=utf-8"> />
<meta name="description" content="text/html;charset=utf-8"> />
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1251" />
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=koi8-r" />

В вашем случае кодировка 


<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

Так же создаете файл в корне сайта .htaccess (если его нет) и добавляете в самое начало строчку 

AddDefaultCharset utf-8

если только это не фронтенд, то adddefaultcharset не сработает, кажется

Вот с этого и начинается.

Нет. Начинается именно с этих символов, что мягко говоря является ошибкой
