Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Сверстал сайт и с толкнулся с такой проблемой !
Половина сайта вообще не отображается в Internet Exploere - причем речь идет не только про 6 версию - а про 7 - 8 - 9
Помогите пожалуйста знающие люди
