Помогите к кодом

Вот начал создавать сайт. Хочу что бы он был ПОЛНОСТЬЮ резиновый по высоте и ширине!

Мне нужно что бы блоки (шапка, новости, меню, и подвал) были определенных размеров в %.

Помогите плиз....

btw, тысячи <br /> тоже не очень хорошая практика
