Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Не могу понять, почему так происходит. Если ставлю border-collapse:collapse то все нормально - вот, но красивее было бы border-collapse:separate, но тогда рамка справа уходит в сторону - вот. В чем может быть дело, помогите разобраться пожалуйста!
