Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Привет друзья! Нужно найти полную справку (reference) о всех контролах html (html 5 включительно)
например контрол select (список), у него есть события, например onChange, свойства, методы.
Вот где это все можно найти, поделитесь ссылочкой.
