Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Есть ли возможность в коде страницы сказать браузеру
чтобы он не дергался при обновлении?
Вот так:
Дело в том что я скриптом обновляю часть страницы (чат),
и не хочу чтобы это было заметно.
