Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Есть контейнер div, в него динамически добавляется инфа. По достижению определенной высоты добавляется полоса прокрутки, но последние добавленные строчки оказываются за пределами видимоски, поскольку полоса прокрутки не прокручивается вниз автоматически, при добавлении новых строк.
Можно ли без javascript'а сделать чтоб прокручивалась?
