Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

В CMS абсолютно не разбираюсь, поэтому вопрос наверняка глупый. Слышал про какие-то шаблоны, шаблонизаторы. Видел примеры - angular.js или что-то такое. Отсюда вопрос: CMS как-либо ограничивает возможности по верстке под различные разрешения и размеры экранов? А то выберу CMS, а потом окажется, что она не даст сделать резиновй дизайн, например.
