Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Насколько я знаю, в CSS для анимации есть 2 свойства: transition и animation. transition делает плавный переход от одного значения свойства к другому при, например, hover. Animation делает зацикленную анимацию. А как организовать анимацию типа animation, только незацикленную? То есть именно одиночную, а не зацикленную с промежутком в 999999 секунд.
