Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Доброго времени суток! Заметил, что в фотошопе на исходнике текст отображается немного размытым http://i7.pixs.ru/storage/5/4/7/imagejpg_3073864_10892547.jpg Можно ли добиться такого эффекта и в браузере?
