Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Есть Div1, в нем находится div 2, в 1 также находится div3 скрытый снизу. Как сделать так чтобы, при наведении на 1, 2 плавно переместился вверх (на высоту зависимую от высоты 3), а затем 3 плавно поднялся после 2.
