Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Подскажите, пожалуйста, есть ли плагин готовый на jquery, чтобы сделать показ полного содержимого блока при наведении как на розетке ( http://hard.rozetka.com.ua/monitors/c80089/ вот так).
К сожалению нормально сформулировать запрос в гугле не получается под эту проблему.
А может есть вариант и без скриптов?
Просто у меня возникли проблемы, так как без absolute при раскрытии блок будет нижние опускать.
