Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Дело в том что у меня при скроле во всех браузерах кроме мозилы дергается фон, в мозиле все нормально. Если не колесиком? a скролом крутить то все нормально. Можно ли решить как нибудь эту проблему? для параллакся использую stellar.
