Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Доброго времени суток! Есть простой шаблон html, есть хостинг, есть домен, движка нет. Подскажите, как сделать, чтобы моя страница отображалась в сети. На сколько понимаю необходимы команды php. Подскажите какие!? Заранее благодарен за ответ!
