Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Здравствуйте.
Есть блок у которого задана фиксированная высота , и ширина задана width:auto.
в этом блоке есть полоска с текстом ,тег h2.
эту полоску необходимо растянуть на всю ширину блока.
Таких блоков много и они расположены в линию , фото разных размеров поэтому высоту фото фиксируем ,а ширина получается у всех разная.

Как сделать ,чтобы ширина синей полоски с текстом была во всю ширину блока ?
