Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Почему когда создаешь параграфы внутри тега параграф браузеры FF, Chrome параграф-родитель отрисовывают (и делают отступы) как два параграфа сверху и снизу параграфов-потомков?

Попробуйте заменить дочерние теги параграфы на блоки div (без отступов) - все останется по-прежнему: снаружи будет два соседних вместо одного родительского тега параграф. Почему?
