Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Помогите, кто может:
в адаптивном сайте при открытии его с мобильного - сайт открывается не с самого верха (с меню), а с начала формы просчета стоимости. То есть все, что находится на главной странице сайта выше формы расчета цены считается неважным для человека зашедшего с мобильного на мой сайт. Если открывать на компьютере, то все отлично, а когда на маленьком экране, то браузер сам решает что для клиента самое важное и игнорирует верхние пол страницы...
Сайт http://mirpotolkov.com.uaможет кто-то с таким сталкивался?
П. С. Раньше когда сайт был не адаптивный, то такого не было, открывался сверху.
