Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

А нет ли возможности используя bootstrap3 получить ( и вывести на странице для отладки) какой из режимов(device mode) используется в данный момент ?
Я имею в виду col-xs-, col-sm-, col-md- ...
