Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Друзья,всем добрый день! Помогите пожалуйста разобраться.
Имеется фоновое изображение и подложка сайта на которой размещены кнопки. Необходимо чтобы за кнопками отсутствовала подподложка, а рядом где кнопки отсутствуют она осталась. Хотелось бы чтобы было вот так
