Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Всем привет!
Я пользуюсь ST3, и после его запуска сразу же запускаю плагин Terminal из рабочей папки и для нормальной работы требуется уменьшить окно и спозиционировать его по центру внизу и расположить поверх всех окон
Как это сделать по дефолту?
Хотелось бы примерно так, :
