Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Скажите пожалуйста, возможно ли такое вообще?
К примеру есть сайт, 2560px в ширину. Можно ли сделать так, чтобы вплоть до 980ти пикселей он просто, как картинка с шириной 100% уменьшался, а потом перешёл в мобильную версию? Это же полнейший бред?
