Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Как видите из скриншотов на android всё нормально работает, но на IOS выделывается не могу понять где ошибка.
добавление файла reset.css не рассматривается ибо верстка ломается. ( Мне дали на переделку)
знаю что все плохо смотрится но все же помогите
