Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Скажите, пожалуйста, существует ли HTML-код, который позволял в одной из ячеек наложить текст друг на друга? Знаю, что в LaTex'е так можно сделать.
Вопрос возник из-за того, что мне сегодня после трёх часов ночи приснился сон:
вижу HTML-код, кто-то говорит, как называется тип его (к сожалению не запомнил, название было заковыристое), и только потом вижу HTML-страницу.
