Приветствую, есть сайт http://man-tour.ru/ на чистом HTML (Без CMS)

Нужно Подправить верстку - добавить правый блок на главную страницу, так, чтобы при открытии на мобильном телефоне блок съезжал под конент.

Исходный HTML + CSS блока есть.
