Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Доброго времени суток. Подскажите пожалуйста, если не точный код, то хотя бы в каком направлении двигаться. По какому принципу верстаются вот такие блоки? Как отцентрировать эти карточки между собой, как отцентрировать текст под картинками относительно самих картинок?
