Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Разыскиваемый вами ресурс был удален, было изменено его имя или он временно недоступен.
Файл есть в папке C:\inetpub\wwwroot. В чем может быть причина? Я новичок и только начала изучать html.
